The latest album from Ronnie Nightingale & The Haydocks - Teddyboy Rock 'n' Roll as it is written in the book! 16 original songs to rock out.

'Finally' (!) the Dutch neo-rockabilly legend presents a brand new studio album with 14 songs from his own pen on PART.
The quartet around Ronnie Nagtegaal has been writing history for over three decades.
They belong to one of the scene bands and have already been on the stages of the world with legends like Fats Domino, Roy Orbison or Little Richard.
Proudly 13 years after their predecessor DutchRub the band releases their eagerly awaited 3rd studio album.
With songs like "The Teds Are Still Alive" right from the start, how well-versed they are in neo-rockabilly.
While the first half of the album strives forward with razor sharp Twan, bone dry 80's riffs and a lot of energy, the HAYDOCKS show with songs like "Traveling Bone", the acoustic country song "Lonesome Town" or real Rhythm'n'Blues feeling with "Tonight Is The Night" how versatile they are. At the end they round off their successful work with a surf-instrumental and keep the level and tension for over 42 minutes.  'Finally' was mixed and mastered by MARIO OEHLMANN (FOGGY MOUNTAIN ROCKERS)

The Teddyboy creature, in the Netherlands almost as extinct as the dodo, is still alive in several European countries. In those circles where there is a lot of competition, our Dutch Ronnie Nightingale & the Haydocks are at the top. They are regularly taken on a plane in
different, foreign countries pushed to present their rock'n'roll as the top performers on the stages.
Their reputation does not come from nowhere: For almost 40 years Ron Nagtegaal and his companions have been connecting fans through Teddyboy-Rock'n'Roll made in Holland.
This is only their fourth album the Teddyboy community has been waiting for since DutchRub 13 years ago. Quality before quantity and this CD, which was mixed and mastered by Mario Oehlmann of the Foggy Mountain Rockers (D), proves to be worthwhile, clean and neat Rock'n'Roll with 16 brand new, own songs. Excellently played and exemplary sung, with straightforward Rock'n'Roll and many anthems, like The Teds Are Still Alive, Teddyboy Family and Redhead Teddy Girl.
Of course the CD contains the necessary influence of British Rock'n'Roll in Baby You're Mine and My Gal, as well as in the melodic Rock'n'Roll ballad Traveling Bone,
but the trap that many Ted bands fall into when they make albums with a dozen times the same song in a different curtain, Ronnie Nightingale & the Haydocks avoid through winking humor like Food Crazy and the subtle introduction of other styles like threatening country rock (Lonesome Town, the surf instrumental Haunted House and even a jazzy Swinske (Tonight Is The Night). The fans will be satisfied, but also those who are not so familiar with the Teddyboy world are recommended to listen to this CD.
